I started my love of fitness very young; my parents got me involved in any sport I wanted to try. I played baseball, basketball and soccer when I was really young. However, in high school I fell in love with rugby which remains my all time favourite sport. My fitness journey continued when I joined the military and I got to see a different side to physical training. I loved every minute of it.

When I released from the military I went to Sheridan College and graduated with High Honours in their Fundamentals of Fitness Leadership program. I did my co-op studies at LA Fitness and stayed on as a Personal Trainer there for a few months after I graduated. That was short lived as I wanted to strike out on my own and start up my own business. I joined up with a locally owned gym in Brampton Ontario to train my clients out of. While there I got connected with the Brampton Battalion and started training their U14 team and a few of their U18 players. It all unfortunately came to an end when the team moved to North Bay Ontario.

From there I got hired at the Rolls-Royce of gyms - Lifetime Athletic. This is a three story gym, with an outdoor pool, two indoor pools, a restaurant, squash courts, turf field, basketball courts, and the list goes on. I did Personal Training along with TEAM Training when I first started. I then got certified to do the Metabolic testing and finished my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. And now, it is time for me to strike out on my own again and start up another business.
